Can I order one item?

Of course, you can buy a single item from any of our collections, they make the perfect gift. Please note that if you wish to make a larger order of 20 or more pieces, we do require a 50% confirmation deposit. Send us an email using the address at the top of your screen and we will be able to assist you further.

Can I add personal touches?

Yes! We can add a 'Thank you' or 'Happy Birthday' tag for example to your product. To ask about further personalisation its best to contact us directly by email or use the enquiry form on our Contact Us page.

How long will it take to create and send my order?

All of our products are handmade and can vary on the size of your order and availability of materials. If you are placing a large order for a wedding or party, we advise that you place the order 3 months ahead of the occasion. We will be able to give a more specific time frame when you order.

Do I need to pay a deposit when placing an order?

Yes, for orders containing 6 or more items, a confirmation deposit of 50% would be required.

Could fresh flowers be used to decorate my favour box?

Unfortunatley, we cannot use fresh flowers in the creation of our gift pacakging due to the paper based materials that our boxes and bags are made from. We use silk and foam flowers instead which are chosen for their realistic qualities and are bound with safety tape to ensure no sharp ends.

Will my favour boxes arrive assembled?

Due to postage, we send the majority of our products flat pack ready for you to easily assemble when they arrive. Instructions will be included. No tools or equipment are required due to the simple design and construction, a few simple folds and they will pop up!

How much is postage and packaging?

Postage and Packaging will depend on the size of your order. We can give an accurate costing when you place your order. For most smaller orders weighing 1kg or less, we charge £2.75.

At the moment we cannot except payments or take orders through a 'Add to Cart' system.
This is because all of our products are handmade and we like to discuss the purchase with you.
Placing an order

Postage or Collection
Once you have got in touch to place an order, we will get back to you to confirm your order. You can then choose to give an address for postage or discuss collection options if you are local and would prefer this method. For most orders, our small packaging and postage charge is £2.75. We send the majority of our parcels with Royal Mail. 
Payment can be made through online bank transfer to our business account or correct cash in a sealed envelope upon collection if you do not use online banking or if this option is easiest for you. 

Wholesale Items:
If you run a business and wish to purchase any of our items in bulk, we will outline your order details and our terms in a formal invoice with covering letter. We ask for a deposit of 50% upfront for large orders to secure it and to begin making. The final payment is due upon receipt of your order, or 15 days within receiving it.
