How to Purchase

At the moment we cannot except payments or take orders through a 'Add to Cart' system.

This is because all of our products are handmade and we like to discuss the purchase with you.

Placing an order

Postage or Collection

Once you have got in touch to place an order, we will get back to you to confirm your order. You can then choose to give an address for postage or discuss collection options if you are local and would prefer this method. For most orders, our packaging and postage charge is £3.95. We send the majority of our parcels with Royal Mail 1st Class. 

Payment

Payment can be made through online bank transfer to our business account or correct cash in a sealed envelope upon collection if you do not use online banking or if this option is easiest for you.

Wholesale Items:

If you run a business and wish to purchase any of our items in bulk, we will outline your order details and our terms in a formal invoice with covering letter. We ask for a deposit of 50% upfront for large orders to secure it and to begin making. The final payment is due upon receipt of your order, or 15 days within receiving it.
